According to the regulations by Ministry of Construction,
the residence zones have to meet six brainpower requirements:
computer management center; auto count and charge of water,
electricity and gas; automatic observation safety system;
automatic alarm for fire and gas; emergency call system; united
management and long-distance observation of the key equipments.
